Il terapista è il professionista sanitario che svolge, in collaborazione con l’equipe multiprofessionale di neuropsichiatria infantile e in collaborazione con altri professionisti dell’area pediatrica, gli interventi di prevenzione, cura e riabilitazione delle malattie neuropsichiatriche infantili, nelle aree della neuropsicomotricità, della neuropsicologia e della psicopatologia dello sviluppo (fascia di età 0 – 18 anni)

Valutazione neuropsicomotoria per delineare il profilo fisiopatologico e funzionale globale del bambino nelle diverse fasce di età e periodi di sviluppo;
Riabilitazione neuromotoria nei disturbi e nelle patologie acute e croniche, congenite ed acquisite, del sistema nervoso centrale e periferico e nelle principali patologie acute e croniche pediatriche;
Riabilitazione psicomotoria e neurocognitiva nei disturbi e nelle alterazioni delle diverse aree dello sviluppo psicomotorio (ad esempio motricità, schema corporeo, percezione, spazio-temporalità).
